THEME 1: AGRO-TOURISM DEVELOPMENT

Experience is becoming a crucial factor for employers when deciding who gets their foot on their doors. It’s strongly advised that students and graduates take the opportunity to complete a period of work expertise to ensure they have a competitive advantage over their peer. Internship is a period of work expertise offered by an employer to give students and graduates exposure to working environment, often with a specific industry, which relates to their field of study. ATA works with a number of academic institutions globally by providing internship placements for their students.

Apprenticeship is a system of training a new generation of practitioners of trade or profession with the on-job training and often some accompanying study. ATA works with various entities and organises apprenticeship programs to improve the performance and productivity of the labor forces.
